Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and technical strategy for the Project 2026 AI ecosystem, focusing on scalability and high availability.
- Oversee the integration of quantum computing principles with classical AI workloads.
- Define and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment within the engineering team.
- Mentor senior engineers and guide technical decision-making for complex system challenges.
- Collaborate closely with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct regular architecture reviews to ensure system integrity and security compliance.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML system design.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale distributed systems projects.
- Experience with Generative AI models and LLM fine-tuning pipelines.
- Strong understanding of quantum algorithms and their potential application in AI.
