Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technical strategy for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals and futuristic trends.
- Design and implement scalable microservices architecture capable of handling high-concurrency loads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and data scientists to deliver innovative solutions.
- Oversee code quality, architectural reviews, and technical debt management to ensure system longevity.
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum-ready infrastructures) and integrate them into our core stack.
- Mentor junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Define and enforce best practices for security, compliance, and performance optimization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of designing and launching complex, large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration and edge computing protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
