Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-AI algorithms for complex problem domains
- Architect scalable quantum neural networks using Qiskit and TensorFlow Quantum
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and quantum-inspired optimization
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors for AI workloads
- Develop patent-pending methodologies for quantum error correction in neural networks
- Mentor junior researchers and publish findings in top-tier journals
- Translate theoretical frameworks into production-ready quantum AI solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, quantum machine learning, and neural networks
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or IEEE journals
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage research budgets
