Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum Algorithms: Design and implement scalable quantum machine learning models capable of processing petabyte-scale datasets.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into quantum supremacy and hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of quantum processors with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) to ensure seamless data flow.
- Collaboration & Mentorship: Guide a team of junior quantum engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize algorithmic efficiency and reduce error rates in quantum circuitry.
- Strategic Planning: Translate business requirements into technical quantum roadmaps aligned with the 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in quantum computing or quantum machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Machine Learning: Deep understanding of classical machine learning algorithms and their quantum counterparts.
- Programming: Expert-level proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA.
