Responsibilities
- Architect and design next-generation quantum algorithms tailored for complex AI problem-solving and optimization.

- Conduct high-level research to identify quantum advantages for predictive modeling, cryptography, and data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists, data scientists, and engineers to translate theoretical breakthroughs into production-ready code.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for the Project 2026 platform, ensuring scalability and security.
- Mentor junior researchers and provide technical leadership within the R&D department.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- Proven experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch, with a deep understanding of machine learning paradigms.
- Demonstrated history of publishing research in top-tier AI or Quantum conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, QIP, or similar).
- Deep understanding of hybrid classical-quantum systems and cloud-based quantum computing environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
