Responsibilities

- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams of quantum physicists and AI specialists
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through technical whitepapers and patent filings
- Partner with DARPA and NASA on classified quantum-AI initiatives
- Establish industry standards for quantum machine learning security protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent practical experience with 15+ qubit systems
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning algorithms
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum error correction methodologies
- Proven track record leading teams developing production quantum software
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
- Security clearance for government quantum-AI projects (or ability to obtain)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and quantum circuit optimization
