Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-classical hybrid algorithms for enterprise optimization problems
- Develop AI-driven quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant computing
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying quantum solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Research and integrate emerging quantum machine learning frameworks into production systems
- Create proprietary quantum neural network architectures for pattern recognition and predictive analytics
- Develop quantum-secure cryptographic protocols for next-gen data protection
- Author whitepapers and patents for novel quantum-AI convergence methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Published research in top-tier quantum/AI journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Strong background in complex mathematical modeling and statistical analysis
- Track record of delivering scalable quantum solutions in production environments
