Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for optimization problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures for AI acceleration

- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum error correction protocols

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and low-level optimization
- Published research in quantum computing or AI (arXiv/IEEE)
- Experience with superconducting qubits or photonic systems
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and information theory
- Track record of developing production-level quantum algorithms
