Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for AI optimization
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum neural networks
- Collaborate with academia to publish peer-reviewed research in Nature/Science
- Translate theoretical models into deployable quantum cloud solutions
- Architect quantum-resistant cybersecurity frameworks
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum machine learning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Proficiency with TensorFlow/PyTorch and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience with quantum hardware (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in information theory and quantum information theory
- Track record of open-source contributions to quantum ecosystems
