Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-resistant cryptography and secure AI systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into production environments
- Publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals and industry conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to open-source quantum-AI toolkits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and GPU acceleration
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and information theory
- 3+ years of research experience in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Publication record at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, QIP, etc.)
- Ability to translate complex theoretical concepts into practical implementations
