Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for exponential performance gains
- Lead R&D projects in quantum neural networks and optimization problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate theoretical models into deployable solutions
- Publish research in leading journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to open-source quantum AI initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related computational field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, probability, and quantum mechanics
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into practical applications
