Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum neural networks for real-world optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing fault-tolerant quantum algorithms
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford researchers on quantum-AI hybrid architectures
- Translate complex quantum concepts into patentable IP and commercial products
- Establish industry benchmarks for quantum machine learning performance
- Mentor PhD-level researchers in quantum computing methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum machine learning systems
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Experience securing $1M+ in research grants or corporate partnerships
