Responsibilities

- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and industry conferences
- Collaborate with Fortune 100 partners on real-world quantum AI applications
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum machine learning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Machine Learning with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum programming languages
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent quantum/AI journals
- Proficiency in quantum circuit simulation frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Demonstrated experience leading quantum hardware-software integration projects
- Strong background in quantum error mitigation and fault tolerance techniques
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible quantum computing practices
