Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms leveraging machine learning for optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and AI specialists
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals/conferences
- Secure and manage federal/state grant funding for advanced research initiatives

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and error correction methodologies
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science/IEEE journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Deep understanding of tensor networks and quantum machine learning
- Demonstrated ability to secure $500k+ in research funding
- Experience leading technical teams of 10+ researchers
- Strong background in Python/C++ with high-performance computing
