Responsibilities
- Lead quantum-AI research initiatives for 2026 commercial applications
- Architect hybrid quantum-neural network frameworks
- Direct cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and ML engineers
- Develop patent-pending algorithms for quantum-resistant cryptography
- Present findings at global tech summits and publish in Nature/Science
- Secure $5M+ in government/private research grants
- Mentor next-gen quantum engineers through our fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years leading quantum/AI R&D teams at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in quantum machine learning (arXiv/IEEE)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or D-Wave quantum SDKs
- Proven track record of scaling quantum algorithms to 100+ qubits
- Experience with NISQ-era hardware optimization techniques
- Strong background in ethical AI governance frameworks
- Public speaking experience at major tech conferences
