Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for NISQ-era hardware
- Develop error-corrected quantum neural network architectures
- Lead experimental validation of quantum-AI hybrid systems on D-Wave and IBM platforms
- Collaborate with academic partners on peer-reviewed publications
- Translate theoretical research into patentable quantum computing methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum programming best practices
- Present findings at international conferences (Q2B, IEEE Quantum Week)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Publication record in top-tier quantum/AI journals (Nature Quantum, Quantum Machine Intelligence)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Strong background in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects
