Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum neural network architectures for complex pattern recognition
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate quantum solutions into production systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI applications
- Publish research in top-tier journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Secure patents for novel quantum machine learning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on quantum algorithm development using Qiskit/PennyLane
- Publication record in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing frameworks
- Experience with tensor networks and quantum error correction protocols
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and quantum mechanics
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into practical business applications
