Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning frameworks for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI safety protocols for autonomous systems
- Author peer-reviewed publications on quantum-resistant cryptography innovations
- Translate theoretical quantum computing concepts into production-ready solutions
- Mentor junior researchers while maintaining active GitHub contributions
- Present findings at international conferences including IEEE Quantum Week
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum development frameworks
- Publication record in Nature/Science or top-tier AI conferences
- Expertise in TensorFlow/PyTorch with quantum circuit integration
- Experience with NISQ algorithm development and error mitigation
- Strong background in information theory and computational complexity
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ quantum AI implementations
