Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-AI models for optimization problems in drug discovery and climate modeling
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computing systems
- Create novel algorithms leveraging quantum machine learning for pattern recognition
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum neural networks
- Author breakthrough publications in Nature/Science journals

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (QAOA, VQE) and quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Publication record in top-tier quantum/AI conferences (QIP, NeurIPS)
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems or photonic processors
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical models into scalable implementations
