Qualifications

- Expertise in Qiskit, TensorFlow Quantum, and D-Wave systems
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
- Deep understanding of blockchain consensus mechanisms
- Proven track record of scaling ML models to 10M+ parameter systems
- Clearance for government-level secure research facilities
