Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm development and error mitigation
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures and quantum entanglement principles
- Track record of scaling AI systems in high-stakes environments
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience securing $1M+ in R&D funding for quantum initiatives
- Certification in Quantum AI Engineering (QAE) or equivalent
