Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum neural network architectures for next-generation AI systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing pipelines for real-time data processing
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning algorithms and optimization techniques
- Collaborate with hardware teams to design quantum-resistant security protocols
- Translate theoretical quantum computing models into scalable production solutions

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record in publishing quantum AI research in peer-reviewed journals
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning algorithms and variational quantum circuits
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems architecture
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and complex projects
- Knowledge of post-quantum cryptographic standards (NIST PQC project)
