Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum neural networks and error-correction algorithms
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech on quantum-entangled data compression protocols
- Develop patent-pending quantum-resistant cybersecurity frameworks
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum programming languages (Q# and Qiskit)
- Translate theoretical quantum advantage into measurable business ROI

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real hardware (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
