Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures for 2026-era computational challenges
- Develop novel quantum error-correction algorithms achieving sub-0.1% logical error rates
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in quantum-algorithm optimization for cryptography, materials science, and AI
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing interfaces for real-world applications
- Validate quantum systems through rigorous benchmarking against classical supercomputers
- Secure patents for breakthrough quantum methodologies and publish in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum information theory and experimental physics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computational Mathematics
- 5+ years of experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design principles
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum hardware optimization
