Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial deployment

- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen data protection
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning algorithms
- Mentor junior researchers and publish breakthrough findings
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- 3+ years developing quantum computing architectures or algorithms
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and simulation frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum SDKs (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Strong background in superconducting qubit technologies or photonics
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams
- Understanding of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerant computing principles
