Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for cryptography, optimization, and machine learning
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum error correction protocols
- Develop quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Author technical documentation and patents for novel quantum methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers on quantum principles and implementation strategies
- Stay current with emerging quantum technologies through quarterly research symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience considered)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Proven expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals or conferences
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Experience leading technical teams in agile development environments
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and their computational applications
