Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop quantum algorithms optimizing machine learning and cryptography systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum error correction protocols
- Lead quantum security implementations for next-gen blockchain networks
- Author technical whitepapers on quantum supremacy applications
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Interface with academic partners on quantum supremacy research initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or algorithm development
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Experience with superconducting quantum systems or ion-trap processors
- Strong background in topological quantum computing theory
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 100 qubits
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., QKD implementation)
