Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm implementation
- Partner with hardware teams to optimize qubit connectivity
- Establish security frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptography
- Drive patent filings for novel quantum computing methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Expertise in Qiskit/Cirq programming frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems
- Proven track record of scaling quantum prototypes
