- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals

- Secure $5M+ in quantum computing patents
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms with >10-qubit systems
- Expertise in superconducting qubits and ion trap architectures
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit/Cirq and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience with quantum machine learning frameworks
- Certified in IBM Quantum Professional or equivalent
