Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for optimization problems in finance and logistics
- Develop quantum-resistant encryption protocols for 2026's security infrastructure
- Lead hybrid quantum-classical system integration with cloud platforms
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and gate fidelity
- Research error correction techniques for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Present findings at IEEE Quantum Computing Symposium and peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years implementing quantum algorithms on actual quantum processors
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Deep understanding of Shor's/Grover's algorithms and variational methods
- Publication record in quantum computing or theoretical physics
- Experience with superconducting qubit architectures or photonic systems
