Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise solutions
- Develop quantum-resistant encryption protocols for 2026-era cybersecurity

- Collaborate with research teams to translate theoretical quantum models into practical applications
- Establish performance benchmarks for quantum algorithms in industrial contexts
- Drive quantum computing education initiatives across technical teams
- Partner with hardware teams to optimize quantum-coherent systems
- Contribute to open-source quantum frameworks and standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum system architecture
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed quantum research
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
- Strong background in cryptography and post-quantum security
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for complex quantum-classical hybrid systems
