- Establish industry standards for quantum security protocols

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Expertise in quantum circuit design, QED, and cryogenic engineering
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience leading quantum hardware development projects with $10M+ budgets
