Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuit architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks for real-world deployment
- Create quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for post-quantum security
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum algorithms for AI/ML optimization
- Establish technical standards for quantum hardware-software co-design
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum error correction methodologies
- Translate theoretical quantum computing concepts into scalable commercial solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design and quantum circuit optimization
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance principles
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures and parallel processing
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Strong background in cybersecurity and cryptographic protocols
- Track record of translating theoretical concepts into practical implementations
