Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum circuits with <99.9% fidelity

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in superconducting qubit architecture
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience with D-Wave or IBM Q systems
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
- Validated track record of scaling quantum systems to 1000+ qubits
