- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning applications for drug discovery
- Establish performance benchmarks for quantum supremacy milestones
- Collaborate with hardware teams to achieve coherence times >100ms at scale
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum circuit design using Qiskit, Cirq, or proprietary frameworks
- Proficiency in low-level quantum hardware control and cryogenic systems
