Responsibilities
- Design and optimize quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum hardware interfaces
- Research and implement error correction protocols for quantum systems
- Create quantum machine learning frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Develop quantum cryptography protocols for secure communications
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and researchers
- Collaborate with academia and industry partners on quantum standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing research
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Expertise in machine learning and classical computing optimization
