Responsibilities
- Design quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems in logistics and finance
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computing systems
- Lead integration of quantum processors with classical HPC infrastructure
- Create quantum-resistant cryptographic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory
- Present breakthrough research at IEEE Quantum Week and Q2B conferences
- Secure $10M+ in quantum computing grants from NSF and DARPA
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Quantum Computing with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum entanglement or decoherence
- Expertise in Q#, Qiskit, and Cirq quantum programming frameworks
- Deep understanding of Shor's and Grover's algorithm implementations
- Certification in IBM Quantum and Rigetti quantum hardware
- Experience with quantum machine learning libraries (PennyLane, TensorFlow Quantum)
- Top-secret clearance or ability to obtain one
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum circuit optimization techniques
