Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms with 100+ qubit capabilities
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Develop quantum security protocols for next-gen encryption standards
- Create roadmap for quantum adoption in enterprise environments by 2026

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience considered)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design principles

- Experience with superconducting qubit systems or topological quantum computing
