Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuits with error correction protocols

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Publication record in Nature/Science quantum computing papers
- Proficiency in Python/C++ for quantum algorithm implementation
- Experience with quantum hardware (IBM Quantum, Rigetti)
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
- Security clearance for classified quantum projects
