Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with 1000+ qubit coherence
- Develop error correction protocols achieving 99.999% fidelity
- Create hybrid quantum-classical machine learning pipelines
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers
- Secure patents for proprietary quantum algorithms and hardware designs
- Present breakthroughs at IEEE Quantum Week and Nature journals
- Advise Fortune 500 clients on quantum adoption strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum gate-level programming (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum decoherence mitigation
- Expertise in cryogenic quantum systems and superconducting qubits
- Proficiency in quantum machine learning frameworks (PennyLane, QML)
- Security clearance for government quantum initiatives
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
