Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges
- Architect quantum-classical hybrid computing systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum hardware-software integration
- Develop error mitigation protocols for quantum coherence
- Contribute to quantum-resistant cryptography frameworks
- Drive R&D for 2026 quantum commercialization roadmap
- Publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- Proven track record of quantum error correction implementation
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
- Published research in Nature/Science quantum computing papers
- Experience with quantum annealing systems (D-Wave, etc.)
- Security clearance preferred for defense applications
