As a key member of our Quantum Innovation Division, you'll develop fault-tolerant quantum architectures, optimize qubit coherence times, and create hybrid quantum-classical frameworks. Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with 100+ qubit coherence
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Create hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum hardware integration with classical supercomputing infrastructure
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop quantum machine learning frameworks
- Establish industry standards for quantum security protocols
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in cutting-edge research methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms and complexity theory
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware systems
- Strong background in distributed computing architectures
- Track record of translating theoretical concepts into production systems
