Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols achieving fault-tolerant operations
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm optimization and simulation
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing workflows for 2026 deployment
- Research and integrate emerging quantum hardware technologies (superconducting, photonic, ion trap)
- Define security frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum software standardization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum system architecture or high-performance computing design
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or scalable quantum architectures
- Proficiency in classical HPC integration and distributed computing systems
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in cryptography and post-quantum security protocols
