Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks using Q# and IBM Quantum Experience
- Develop hybrid classical-quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Implement fault-tolerant quantum circuits with <0.1% error rates
- Lead security audits for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum-enhanced machine learning models
- Present breakthroughs at IEEE Quantum Computing Summits
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum error correction techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years building quantum circuits on real hardware (e.g., Rigetti, IonQ)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Proficiency in quantum machine learning frameworks (PennyLane, Qiskit)
- Certification in Quantum Security (QSAC) or equivalent
- Published research in Nature Quantum Information or similar
- Experience with cryogenic quantum computing systems
