Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms and error-correction protocols for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions with classical computing infrastructure
- Develop quantum simulation frameworks for drug discovery and materials science applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum gate operations and qubit stability
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Secure patents for novel quantum architectures and methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum theory and practical implementation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and circuit optimization
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in complex system architecture and high-performance computing
- Certification in quantum cryptography and secure communication protocols
