Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum processor architectures using superconducting and photonic qubits
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization and simulation
- Implement error correction protocols achieving >99.9% qubit fidelity
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum applications for finance and healthcare
- Architect cloud-native quantum computing platforms with AWS Braket and Azure Quantum
- Establish quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography
- Publish peer-reviewed research in Nature/Science journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum gate design and circuit optimization (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record in quantum error correction (surface, LDPC codes)
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing conferences
