Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with 100+ qubit coherence
- Develop quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm optimization
- Research emerging quantum hardware capabilities and integration strategies
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing solutions
- Validate quantum system performance through rigorous testing frameworks
- Collaborate with academia on quantum error correction techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum development frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum systems
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Knowledge of NISQ-era limitations and mitigation strategies
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts to stakeholders
