Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years quantum algorithm development with proven scalability
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier
- Mastery of quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
