Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise clients across finance, healthcare, and AI sectors
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms achieving quantum advantage
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Implement quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Optimize quantum circuits for maximum qubit coherence and gate fidelity
- Conduct performance benchmarking against classical supercomputers
- Partner with academic institutions to publish breakthrough research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or high-performance computing
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proficiency with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum information theory, and topology
