Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum processors and hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Develop error-correction protocols for 1000+ qubit architectures
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for pharmaceutical simulations
- Partner with hardware teams to integrate quantum accelerators
- Present quantum solutions to C-suite executives and government bodies
- Drive quantum security frameworks for critical infrastructure
- Mentor quantum engineers and publish breakthrough research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and low-level quantum assembly
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum hardware
- Track record of leading quantum algorithm development
- Deep understanding of quantum advantage applications (2026 roadmap)
